Louise Ho	New Ends Old Beginnings

Louise Shew Wan Ho was born and brought up mainly in Hong Kong, and has lived in Mauritius, England, America and Australia. She is an associate professor of English at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She lectures on Shakespeare and English Poetry from the Renaissance to the Modernist Period. An earlier collection of her poems, Local Habitation, was published jointly by the Department of Comparative Literature of Hong Kong University and Twilight Books in 1994. < >
